MEMBERSHIP HOLD REQUEST
This is not a membership cancellation request.
Before submitting a Hold Request…A reminder from our membership agreement that we do have holds for up to TWO WEEKS each 6 month period as an extra member perk.
This let’s us help you out for half a month and provide consistency for the training team/session number management.
If you have used up your hold period, we still have your back! Email us for home workouts, travel workouts, or other support while you’re away from the facility!
Notes:
– You have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for up to TWO WEEKS each 6 month period.
– Your membership hold will be processed within 5 business days.
– Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate.
Your membership hold will be processed in 5 BUSINESS DAYS. This prior notification is REQUIRED by the billing company. If you are billed during this time, your payment will remain as a credit on your membership account for when you return.
